After completing your purchase, you will receive an email message which allows you to track your delivery. You will have the option to have your order either placed in a safe place or left with a neighbour. Please observe our Terms and Conditions for information on how to report an issue with your delivery.

Standard UK Delivery (tracked) - 3.50

Order Monday to Sunday for delivery in 2-4 working days

Next Day UK Delivery (tracked) - £4.25 

Order Monday to Saturday before 11am for delivery in 1 working day

International Standard Delivery (tracked) - £10.95 (Free for orders over £60)

Order Monday to Sunday for delivery in 7-15 working days

General information for International Delivery

- Observe that international taxes and import duties are not included and will not be covered by Ornamental. Please check the rules and laws in your individual country. 

- The delivery times are estimate only and it doesn't include customs processing time;

- Delivery times may differ according to each country particular circumstances;

- All deliveries are tracked and some of them may be requested to be signed for when receiving the package;

- Please, be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date;

- Weekend delivery varies globally according to the courier.
